How does the density of dish detergent compare with the density of water and maple syrup?

Answer #1

You can pour one into a large, clear container (glass pitcher, or similar) and then see if one floats on top the other or if they mix together. If they stay seperate in two different layers, then they’re densities are big enough that they won’t combine and form a single solution…but, if the density is too close, they’ll combine.
