is this why its happening?

my theripist or whatever said I was legally insane. I never felt it before. but now that I’ve been told this I think im tricking myself into thing I really am. but would it make sence that im aware that im going physico? all in all my question is is it possable to eventually start to belive your going crazy after someone tells you that you are?

yeah… I’m on the same page as you. but think of it this way…wouldn’t you rather know that you are, than not to.

IYu would have to be more specific as to your issues. What context did the therapist use these words. Does not sound very professional in my opinion. Do you have a history of behaviors that have caused you and others to believe that you have MH problems? Have you been taking any medications. Good luck and hope to hear from you.
