Is this noraml having swelling for your 7day

I got my tongue piercied on thurday in the afternoon and now its my 7day and my tongue is fat which is swelling some peolple tell me to take of but others tell me dont.I been cleaning my mouth with sea salt and the swelling is still bad what should I do.

your tongue is probably infected this is common in tongue piercings new and old
