Is this a good poem?

whether it be half wild rapturing to the point of mentally grotesque. lashes traversing, inadaquately bathed in sweat. Ever feeling, ever forgetting, ever singing. a tranquil heart tilling amist the shadows. Tangents. Poor tourmented enlightened spirit racing the streets. outlying existance, goodbye world, an hour at last, raising forth all that was so brutally stamped into the dirt. immense immutable angelic, so it has enthralled.
