Is it true that in facebook people have to know each other to add friend or people dont pay attention to that and they add them anyway.
If that was true, most people would be breaking the rules. I don’t think that’s true, or else there would be no point to the site. You’re supposed to make friends there and share your favorite things. :) What you heard is just hearsay.
You can add anyone you want,but you have to be friends to see there profile.
