Is it time to break up?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years we’ve been through a lot together stuff most relationships dont have to go through we are both changing growing up type of thing . I love him and he loves me but I have a weird feeling in my stomach like he wants to break up but I cant tell if its just his growing up and changing that im feeling he tells me that he doesnt want to bc I’ve asked but I just dont know what I should do we met when he was 16 and now hes 18 is it just a natural boy growing to a man change that I have to work through or what?

Talk to him more in depthly. Tell him you are really concerned about it and you want a completely honest answer, don’t badger him or repeat several times. If you and he both feel its time for that change then go for it, but if your having an irrational fear that’s normal too, just try to focus on the good portions of your relationship.
