well I’ve pierced a bunch of things my self.. its really not that hard.. yes you NEED a piercing needle you can’t do it right with a safety pin.. trust me the only thing that you can do with a safety pin is your ear.. make sure everything is clean though.. and you should be fine as long as you do WATCH OUT FOR VEINS!! but I’ve pierced myself more times then I can remember!! <33 be careful!

You don’t. You go to a professional and let them handle it. I promise it’ll turn out WAY better like that. They actually know what they’re doing, you don’t.

ok so fuck all these people that say get it done professionally. you can do your own hips. I’m starting to do research on where to pierce. it’s self-explanatory on how to pierce. but I would suggest buying piercing needles online so look into that and as the other person said, watch out for veins. I’m an amature piercer and now refuse to get anything “professionally” pierced. also it dont hurt to have a friend help you out a bit =]

I dont think piercing your hips yourself is a good idea but I think that piercing your ears isnt that bad though but hips, I dont think that is a super duper idea to do on your own

yes it is possible. it s possible to pierce anything yourself. it’s just not always that smart. :P but if you refuse to go to a proffesional, like REFUUUSSSEEE! I would study about it, a lot. ex. youtube, wiki, google, youtube again :P =] but seriously, not a good idea :P

yes if you want to be an idiot and no, its not safe unless your a profesional peircer otherwise peircing yourself is as good as shoving a blunt nail through your flesh because you have no idea what your doing, and no idea what could go wrong use your brain, im sure you have one be smart just save up $100 bucks and get it done profesionally

I pierced my hip by myself and it has been no big deal… but it was my eighth hole… so I’ve at least seen how to take care of it and everything… I would suggest it if you have any clue what you’re doing, if not… go to a pro for a couple of holes, then try it yourself… just remember–the first people to get piercings did it themselves… and in many tribes around the world it’s a rite of passage… just watch out for veins!!! :)
