While under normal situations, ovulation happens about half way to having a period, it is NOT unusual for woman to ovulate at other times.

Fact is — I have a daughter for just that reason!

So – while there may be times when it’s normally not going to be a problem — you should never assume it’s safe to have unprotected sex if you’re not also planning on getting pregnant…

Don’t want to get pregnant? Only options are, no sex, or protection ALL the time. (and even then it’s only 99.9% it can’t happen — one little slip and it’s all over.
