I say that the boiled egg is so much better. Yes. Orange Juice is fine. You may have low fat milk. Yes a buiscuit is great. Like special k. and look at cereal box nutrition facts to see how much fat, sugar, sodium ect. You will look great!!!

Answer #4

Eggs: usually eggs are scrambled in oil or butter, so that’s less beneficial than a boiled egg, however, if you eat only the egg white and avoid the fatty yolk, you’ll be taking in less fat.

Orange juice is fine, as long as it’s 100% juice, not from concentrate

Low fat milk is also called skim or 2%, depending on how much fat is actually in it. Most people do fine on 2%.

Biscuit? what kind of biscuit? Usually, the answer would be no - they contain too much fat. Why not some whole wheat toast instead?

Any cereal that is not high in sugars or fat is fine (it doesn’t have to be all whole grain), but pay attention to the serving size.

My suggestion…more fruits in the morning (you need time to burn off the natural sugars in the fruit), whole grains throughout the day and more raw veggies in the afternoon.
