Is it bad ?

it’s not bad, really. But in my opinion I would want to see that person before I will never see them again..alive or dead. But in a way, sometimes I wouldn’t want to go. I want to remember them alive, not dead. So I don’t always go.

I think its nice to say goodbye to the person you’ve lost. So I think its respectful to go to the funeral. But you might not think like that. Everyone is different. I can’t cry around others either. I don’t talk about my feelings. I like it that way. Do what makes you happy.

Everyone grieves in their own way. There’s nothing bad about the way you feel.

You can deal with death how ever you see fit…just take your families advice if they find your way of dealing with it unhealthy.

It’s not wrong, but if they were alive they would be happy for you to come, if you really don’t know what to do, ask god in a prayer to tell you what they want you to do, but if you still dont want to that’s your decision

no my mom didnt go to her mom’s funeral. instead her friends came over to her house to help and support her. Her mom/my grandmother died when she was in her 90’s when me and my sister were about a month old. so no its not wrong or mean. its your way of greiving.
