Is is possible to shrink your boobs?

go to the gym and work out…eat healthy. loosing a little bit of weight will make your boobs a little bit smaller… it wont be drastic though.

I think you should be happy… but obvious you aint so like ^^pinkpantiemints^^ says working out will do the trick plus doin weights for y’chest will tone and tighten your chest up and get rid of a coupla pounds!

the only way is reduction but sweetie, embrace your size ! im 15 and a 38D, you should be happy with the size you are. just think, would you rather be 14 and a 32A?

you will get used to them sweetie, im 16 so only a couple years older then you and im and E cup. and at 14 I was a D at first they bothered me but I realized most people wished they had bigger boobs and the few girls that did poke fun wer all flat chested and most likely jealous. and now I have never been happier, just embrace them

swim .. swiming helps a lottt ohh and gymnastic,I know because I do it and I dont have any boobs,do some kind of excercise in wich you need to use your chest but not dancing or they’ll grow even more

well in my opinion you should be happy with the way you r. lots of girls would kill to be in your position lol. Plus everybody has something they don’t like about themselves. but if you really feel that bad about it, working out should do the trick:).
