is breakfast really that important ? I skip it everyday , people who used to skip it and started to have breakfast ,, do you think it changed your life and eating habits >

I think people overexaggerate on how important breakfast is because I eat breakfast on and off and I FEEL THE F*CKEN SAME.

BUT! If you’re dieting, it is good to eat breakfast I suppose since you’ll eat less later on in the day.

Yes it really is the most important meal of the day. it eneergises you, sets you up for the day and gets youre brain working which is especially helpful in school. It will also stop you snacking through the morning and balance out youre meal times.

I used to never eat breakfast, and throughout the day all I could do was picture a steak and egg burrito, and how good it would taste. When I decided to start eating it before I went to school I noticed that I could focus on my work and not when lunch time was coming!
