Ipod touch stop workingg!

Couple days ago my ipod touch totally stopped working, like it wouldnt turn on. And I jailbroke it I help the home button and on button, and yes I charged it, and I did connnect it up to my computer still nothingg itss been 5 days, and I don’t know how tell my perents their going to be mad please helppp!
