Ipod touch and computer

Im new 2 this Everytime I try to download something on my itunes on my computer it says something about my connection I need a real computer persons advice someone who can help me be connected because everything I do on my computer it always says something about my connection/ network connection and all of that I try to download music from itunes but my network connection is not connected How do I get my network connected and is there any ohter way I could download music…videos…for free but not limewire

You could even use Morpheus, but you will still need to have a network connection or some connection to the internet to be able to use any of these P2P programs.
