Ipod Song not in downloads

I keep trying to download a song, but my computer always turns off while downloading. When I went to check purchases, the song was not in there. It was processing the song before it turned off. I have already contacted the itunes people once and they gave me the song, but it turned off again while it was proccessing again. Does anyone know what I should do?

Maybe it would be a good idea to check your computer for malware issues? Having your computer turn off in the middle of a download sounds a little odd, and you may just need to clean stuff up. Once you have it fixed up, perhaps then your computer won’t turn off, if malware is the problem. When it doesn’t turn off, your song will be able to fully process, etc. ( Which I hope will result in having your songs not disappearing? )
