How do you put someone elses itunes library onto my ipod?

alright me fiend wants me to put some songs on her ipod using my itunes but I heard the only way you can put songs on someone else’s ipod is by deleting all the songs on that ipod is there another way I can put songs on here ipod without doin that

Answer #1

Actually you can put songs in her ipod from your itunes library. All you have to do is when you connect it, it’ll ask you that the ipod you just connected is not recognized with the same itunes library(blah blah) and it asks if you want to program it with your library and you say is no. It’ll then go to the ipod and from your library you just drag the songs. In some cases it wont let you drag the song but then all you have to do is to adjust the settings on her ipod to manually manage the music which is on her main ipod screen.

Answer #2

no. if you’re going to try and put new songs from a different itunes onto her ipod than all of her old songs will get deleted. there’s no way to get around it. they do that on purpose, because if it were possible for you to get songs from different itunes, then everyone could do that. and if everyone could do that, then nobody would be buying songs off of the itunes store, cause everyone would just be sharing. you se what I mean? so you have to stick to just your own itunes unless you want all your old songs deleted.
