How to re-install iTunes onto your laptop when you accidentally interrupted the updating/syncing process?

So it was in the middle of syncing my phoneand updating iTunes. When the laptop charger (that the computer guy put a short in) moved and then shut off the laptop. So when I redtarted it, a box came up saying iTunes isn’t available. Then my mom uninstall iTunes and restarted the laptop and the box is still showing up. What do I need to do to fr iTunes working on my laptop again

You can try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Open Control Panel, Programs and Features. It will be on the list. Uninstall it. Then download and install the latest version from itunes. This how ever might clear your play lists and stuff. You could try just downloading the latest version from itunes and installing it with out uninstalling the old one. This could fix the problem with out losing your itunes library data.
