injury before big tryouts :(

ahhh. ok so try outs for varsity drill team at my school are on saturday, and monday at our clinic I fell and sprained or broke the side of my foot..well yesterday and today I still danced and stuff and now it hurts even more :( what should I do to make it heal faster before saturday? and pray for me for tryouts :) lol I’m realll nervous!

Stay off of it.

You should probably get it checked out - if it is broken, it needs to be set.
