Does anyone know what can help infected nose peicings, ive used the antiseptic but its not working?

Take out the jewelery and wash it daily with hydrogen peroxide and a q tip, after and ONLY after you have dissinfected your hands and nose squeeze and pus out and wash it again with hydrogen peroxide, after it heals but before it closes buy a hypoallergenic jewelery and stick it back in the hole.

Do not remove the jewelry, you’re going to irritate it and do not use hydrogen peroxcide because it kills all bacteria including the good bacteria that helps you to heal. You can try using a mixture of sea salt and water, you can do camomile tea soaks, which is where you make a cup of tea, but don’t add sugar or anything. You take the tea bag and hold it over your piercing until the bag gets cold, you dunk it back in the cup and hold it on again. You can do this for at least fifteen minutes everyday. :) What do you mean by “anitseptic”?
