Is this light bleeding implantation?

Hi all. I finally had a period on 25/08/07 after 8 weeks. Prior I had been on bc pill for 11 years. Based on the fact that I have a normal cycle I should start again on 22/09/07.

However last night I noticed (sorry if tmi) that when I went to the loo I had something that resembled a possible period. However I had no cramps prior (which I suffer from quite badly normally). It was lighter in colour, resembling a red/brown colour. This morning it has disappeared!

My stomach feels bloated and I am now feeling slight slight cramping pains.

During the last few weeks I have been experiencing nausea, headaches, tiredness etc, loss of appetite, discharge etc. I know these symptoms also show when coming off of the pill, but its been quite a long time since I finished the bc pill. I wouldnt expect the effects still to be present.

Any advice?

Although it has been a long time since you have finished the bc pill, symptoms can still be ongoing but much lighter. In your case, your cycle is still adjusting because 11 years is a very long time for any pill really. It has had support from extra hormones which is given off from the pill. NOW… it is working solo. So it is worker harder than it has before so therefore is hurting you. This could be a period in advance because your cycle is now messed up it will come at anytime.

However go and see your doctor if you are worried
