I have a weird blackish line at the bottom of my dick what does tis mean? I dont wanna go to the doctor for this?please help me

what you have is what every man has hun, just some men have theres more visible then others its called a This is called the raphe line. It’s where the penis and testis merge together in fetal stage. As it says on wikipedia:

he perineal raphe extends from the anus, through the mid-line of the scrotum (scrotal raphe) and upwards through the posterior mid-line aspect of the penis (penile raphe).

It is observed as a noticeable line.

It is the result of a fetal developmental phenomenon whereby the scrotum (the developmental equivalent of the labia in females) and penis close toward the midline and fuse.

The resulting ridge of tissue is evident as the perineal raphe. hope this helps hun
