im a cutter

cutting will be hard to stop heyy I am a cutter but havnt cut in like 2 months and that is very good for me!!! I been cutting for about 4 years now… but I just started to tell myself that its not worth it… I mean I know it helps you calm down and stuff… but think about it after you are done cutting… dose it really help on whatever your dealing with on the problem ???those it fixs the problem these are questions that you should be telling yourself… I started with just dealing with stuff… I have a very bad anger issue and I am working on it … every single time I feel or have thought of cutting I do something that I like… like for an example I like to dance and listen to music so I go to my room and listen to loud music and dance like crazy…lol… but anyways plus if you keep cutting you will go back to the hospital and you never know they may send you to placement where you have to stay there for months until you get better with cutting and stuff!!! and trust me you wont like placement ,placement is not a good place to be… let me tell you something home is the best place to be instead of the hospitals and crap if you need to talk you can always funmail me and good luck && take care!!!=] there is always people that care about you and that would like to help you!!!
