if there's a vampire kisses movie then who should play raven?

To tell you the truth, I don’t think I know of any specific person as of now who should play Raven. I do agree that the person should be Goth or very interested in the Goth subculture. I also think that the lucky girl who should play our dear Raven Madison should have the same aura as the character does. She doesn’t have to be a character-clone, that’d be plain creepy and pathetic–but it would help for the chick to think similarly.

Actually, I’m a bit of a hypocrite because, while I hear ya on how annoying random girls are who are all “Ohemgee, I’m like totally perfect for Raven!” can be, I would have to admit to being one of them. While I know I definitely don’t look like her (being half Asian and half Caucasian, although I do have dark hair and full lips and all that jazz. Hey, I’ve even been told I wear too much eyemakeup and I DO get stares–one twelve year old chick in my climbing class keeps asking if I’m Goth.) I believe our personalities are akin. So… there’s my rant for ya.

If I do find someone who I think would make the perfect Raven, I’ll be sure to give you a call :P

to play raven we need someone who is a fan of the books and knows what raven is really about. We need someone who read the series and can’t stop.

Well I’m a huge fan of the series, I read all 5 books in less than a week. I can’t say I’d be Perfect to play her but the only reason why is because I’m black and she’s white (lol)!! I think someone who’s either a fan and fits Raven’s qualities should play her or someone famous that can play the part and look it.

I think that kat dennings would be the perfect raven. I have seen some fan trailers for it and I think thaty she fits the part perfectly.

well from the way you described raven in the book I think either Kristen Stuart or emily osment …and for Luna most definetely Avril Lavigne

A couple girls I think could be Raven are maybe Ellen Page, Vanessa Hudgens or even Ashley Greene, but what the real question is who should play Alexander, BEN BARNES!thats who should! He’s such a hottieMchottie and if he put on some dark black jeans, combat boots and a black t-shirt,he would be totally PERFECT for the role of Alexander and he looks totally like him! I mean they dont have to even know the bk yet.yet. because they are practically the person once they find it they’ll dream on about it. but who? or maybe someone unknown and surely not the total 20/20 match. someone who is ttlly differ that will fit because you know how some oppositez just really figure it out? I think that Dakota Fanning would be a great choice! Just dress her in vintage goth clothes and give her jet black hair and she’d be perfect!!! The chic can act and she’s about Raven’s age.

Honestly, I agree with everyone, no MC. I would acculy make a pretty good raven because I dress like her. I know all about her. when I read the books I felt like I was reading a books about my life.(excluding hte vampires and brother though I have a sister and my parents were never hippyish) I read the books every month though more like 3 times a month. but anywho, I think I could be a pretty good almost exact raven. she is like my non-living role model. oh and speaking of modeling I use to be one for a gothic mag. the only problem is im 13. though I look like im going on 15 or maybe 16. im a great actor as a little child I did a few comercials. but honestly I truly think I would be a really good Raven. =]

I think that a real goth should play her not one of those ‘’actors’’ or posers just find a real one out in the streets and I’m sure she’ll be glad to do it.

But I think someone who may have played some part in a horror movie would be great for the role. Ellen Screiber (the author) said she wanted Ellen Page. I for one could not be Raven for two main reasons: 1. I am only thirteen. 2.I can’t act. Hehehe ^.^ Anyway, Ellen suggested Ellen Page. Even though she is most defiantly not goth, she could play the part quite well as she is an amazing actress. Plus, she has the right skin tone and hair already. Throw on a black dress and some combat boots and she’s good to go! She has the perfect acting skills for it- very sarcastic like. She’d be a great rebel. The real question is of Alexander.. >.> (yummy).
