Download a free picture opener?

If someone email me a pic I cant openit, does anyone knows a link I could go to to download a free picture opener

Tell them to change the file type to a .jpg, resend it, and you should be able to open it.

maybe try renaming it with.jpeg at the end if it has .insertwhateverelsehere at the end of the filename. Takes 5 seconds tops, worth a shot. If doesnt work, rename it back
