He would absolutely have even more support than he already does if he were not black (or half black).

well im sure those people make up for the white people who don’t vote for him because hes black. anyways, hes just as much white as he is black. I hate the way americans think that if hes not pure white, hes black. not that theres anything wrong with being black.

It shouldn’t be a factor - but it is in some parts of the country.

Around here (I’m from south Louisiana) it’s a huge deal to people that Obama is running. I know plenty of people that refuse to vote for him because of his skin color.

I think Obama’s race makes him the person he is today. Just like mine does for me! I honestly wouldn’t want Barack Obama to be any other race.
