I got Acer travelmate 4100 it switch on and the screen comes on only after some minutes and fan stop working and cpu start to get hot and the boot is not clear boot like matrix any help will be appreciate…

once the power button is pressed the CPU is the 1st piece of hardware to get power from the PSU…

if that is lackin power then thats the prob
