Ideas for a story

does anyone have any ideas for a novel I could write

about a couple that swing and then the women leaves her husband then ends up in a dumpster and the husband is being charged but it was not him

If you can’t come up with an idea on your own, you shouldn’t be writing.

I came up with a few ideas, and chip away at them into the wee hours of the night. I have a story, already created, that simply must escape. Having to ask for ideas often means you don’t, and will eventually get to a point where you’ll be like “Screw this!”
