How to lose weight by July 10?
I am going into the teen junior modeling thing im 5’2 13years old and weigh 123 I need to lose 23 pounds by july 10th anytips? I cant run anymore (I love to run) cause track has let out and I live on a busy highway …so I need some good exercises and plus I need some good diet foods and info and tips on how to resist cravings its harder cause my brothers just eat what ever they want and I cant do that so how do I resist eating when they do?
I live kinda “back in the woods” so nope no gym…although the gum thing is a good idea
if you have a gym near you get a membership and go daily and to resist eating chew gum
