I think I cut my mouth with my toothbrush

It should be just fine. Sometimes if you brush too hard or too long in the same area, it can cause your mouth/gums to bleed. It’s happened to me before and I’m sure it’s happened to many other people. It should heal in a couple days and you won’t even know it happened.

if can be maybe that your brushed to hard, or you don’t brush correctly or enough, any of those can cause gums to bleed. also people who don’t floss regularly experience bleeding gums quite often.

but other then that it’ll heal and it’s nothing to worry about.

Not necessariy cut but many people have gums that bleed and its not often a problem and considering this seems like the first time it has happened to you I would say there is nothing to worry about however if you are still concerned or it happens again ask you dentist next time your there for a checkup im sure they will put your mind at ease.
