I need money and I need it now

Some YMCA’s offer Babysitting classes where you can become a certified babysitter and in CPR for infants and children. (Some even offer scholarships for low-income people, you should look into that) But it won’t happen in five days, until you can get into the babysitting business by word of mouth especially mom to mom. The hardest part is getting the first job. First things you should do is get out the paper and markers or jump on your computer and make up a sign advertising that you are available for babysitting jobs. Make sure that any sign you make has crucial information such as your age(some parents have a cut off age where they won’t allow anyone under X age babysit) When you are available(summer might be all day, whereas after school begins, it would have to be after school or evenings.) Don’t forget about your curfew if you have one and make sure you discuss jobs with your mom before you accept. You probably won’t want to put your rate on the sign in case it changes (as it most likely will in some aspects like if you begin babysitting for more than one child at a time.) Add anything else you believe people should know about you such as you are responsible/dependable. If you have ever babysat for anyone even just family, offer the option of having potential parents check your “references” so that they can ask the parents of the children you watched anything they feel is important to them. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR REFERENCES BEFORE GIVING OUT THEIR NAMES AND NUMBERS!
