I need her back

Well I’ll just start off saying I have a lot of crap going on in my life at the moment and it’s really affecting my judgement. About a week ago I broke up with my girlfriend which I really regret now because I feel so empty and I realize now that I need nothing more than her at a time like this. I broke up with her because I knew she was getting upset because of me getting really angry at her just because of what is happening at home and she has nothing to do with it. I took my anger out on her so I decided it wasn’t fair on her. But now I really regret that because I feel I could have controlled my feelings more and she was the only thing that made me happy yet I threw it away. I need her, I seriously need her and I’ve told her and explained everything to her, I even asked her back but she said “I’ll always be here for you but only as a friend” and when I asked why she doesnt want me anymore she didnt reply. What could that mean? Please help, what should I do. I need anyone who has anything to say about it to please reply. Cheers
