Why won't my pictures upload?

everytime I try & upload a photo it asks me to enter a caption, which I do everytime!

why wont my pictures upload??

I didn’t realize at first that BITMAPS (.bmp) aren’t allowed…

I think it was having some problems .. it took me a while to upload too.
