Oh my, A 14 year old living with a 20year old? That MUST be illegal somewhere. Plus you cannot legally moveout/runaway until you are 18. I think this is a horrible idea. He probably wants “something else” from you. To answer your question no you cannot move in with him unless your mom is okay with it.

trust me, I know how you feel, I would love to move out of here and go live with my boyfriend… but I can’t and you can’t without parental consent… I’m 16 and I would still need my parents permission… now if you’re mom were to kick you out and just not care, that would be different… but you can’t just leave on your own… if you really want to get away from your mother you could try getting emancipated, but it’s really tough to do… you need money, and if your home isn’t unsafe for you then you’re pretty much out of luck… but anyway… just try to hang in there until you are 18 and then you can live wherever you want… good luck… by the way, if this 20 year old guy is your boyfriend, that is also illegal…
