I'm sick of my life :(

I’m always crying feeling upset inside when I smile I don’t smile from heart feeling that the all problems above my head :( cryin in pain,it’sall over my head :(

Rightt love, you think your life is shit Im fifteen years old and im preganant with my ex boyfriends baby cause of that I lost my boyfriend, and my ex lost his girlfriend I have no friends to support me my mum wont speak to me and my school had suspended me, I feel everyday like im sick of life and just wanna die, butt I know I still have something there for me to hang onto My best friend killed herself, and so I know how it effects people,. even if they dont seem to care, Justt get proffesional help. do somethingg, Honestlyyy xxx

Life throws some real curve balls. Think of the less fortunate and you may soon realise that life is harder for others. Your situation will soon pass. Hold on for that day. I promise it will get better. Talk to a close friend or family member. I felt like that empty smile before. It will force you to feel better even if it feels like a fake smile for now. Go to the beach or a local swimming pool and have a nice relaxing slow swim,to me swimming is like the water takes your problems away for a while,listen to some nice gentle music that you know will smooth your emotions out.

Alright you can’t think like that anymore. If you do, it’s just gonna get worse. You gotta think positive. Hang with friends that will keep you going. And writing/venting helps no doubt. So basically what everyone else said. Good luck
