I´m in love with my best friend

Hello! I´m 13 years old and me and my best friend have been friends for 3 years. Lately I´ve been feeling atracted to him but not the kind of atraction that you have toward a bloke who is your best friend No, I´m talking about wanting to kiss him and date him.

I told him that I liked him as more then just a friend and he acted disgusted. Was he only trying to look cool in front of the other blokes or was he truly disgusted with me?

2 months ago I cut my hair really short and now that´s it´s longer all he asks about is if I´ll cut it again or uf I´ll let it gow out again. Is he trying to tell me that he likes the way I look or why is he susenly so interested in my looks?

Please help me because I really want to know if he likes me as more then just a friend!

well, i dont know your guyfriend, so i dont know if he is the type tha would try to just act cool in front of his friends .but even if he is just trying to be cool, thats still not a good thing. and if hes superficial enough to keep asking about your haircut, hes not worth more then a friend. trust me.
