I have hard, white bumps on my scrotum

These bumps ( 2 ) are like very hard, non-painful, and kinda look like a big huge zit. I have tried popping them like a zit, but that didn’t work. I ahve thought about cuttingthem off myself but thought I should see if someone could give me any advise first. I have had these bumps for awhile and they don’t seem to be getting any bigger. Any input woould be appreciated.

Go see a doctor, man. Cutting anything on your own without checking with a doctor is risky business - you’ll probably just make it worse.

I had one of this little hard pimple on my scrotum, it doesn’t hurt but its annoying. I tried popping it out but it wont because its beneath the fold of my testicle skin. What I did is, after cleaning it with soap and water , I poke it with the tip of a 19 gauge surgical needle and pop it out. Yes. it came out nicely, looks like a white head but its very smooth and round. its gone now. The pain is minimal and very tolerable.

I have one red bump on my scrodum with a lil white head it just popped up this morning wonderin what it might be no not a virgin
