Any advice on how to feel better after not eating?

I have been eating alot less and feel like crap. Any Advice?

eating=happy simple as that it rejuvinates your body for the day ahead and when your cells are forced into “survival mode” which is when your starving you feel like crap

You simply need to eat! You need to get all the important vitimans and minerals or you won’t feel any better! Your body needs them for energy! Instead of starving yourself try Eating healthy and do regular exercise! Make routines, But don’t starve yourself or you will make yourself ill!

Eat. If you can’t do that yet, drink milk, juice, soup etc.

If you have an eating disorder, get help. Go to your local doctor, and ask them to refer you to a counsellor. Read up on eating disorders.

Spend more time doing things you like. Or (whether you like it or not) try and be around people. And children and animals.

yeh, i have an eating disorder, and am currently desperately trying to recover. It s hurting not only me, but my mum, dad, grandparents, friends..people feel awkward- you don’t wanna be the dark cloud in their day!

That’s what happens when you starve yourself! If you don’t eat, you might feel sick, light headed, sleepy, woozy, have a headache, etc. If you don’t eat for long enough, you can actually do some really serious damage to your body and even die.

You’ll probably feel a lot better after a meal or two. If you feel really awful, try something bland like toast or oatmeal.
