Distracted in school when I need to study

Hi I am doing my high school, I have problem during studies and social life .when I try to study I cant resist a little sound ,I get distracted quite often .if not I start daydreaming I do not know all of a sudden I start remembering some old jokes I start laughing .people think I am insane I feel I am alright ,professors think I am making fun of them .it has really got me into trouble cause since after my eight grade I started going down with my grades ,my parents are upset with me .since my eight grade there has never been a progress card without a comment from a teacher that I am making fun of them .I feel I letting them down .there is no work I do where I do not dream .most of my close friends try to ignore me .I sleep long hours(8-9 hrs a day).I hardly get two hours to study ,which gets wasted of f .I have interest in become something by studying .I know I can do it but it just doesn’t work .my friend call me a dreamer .even a silly joke is uncontrollable I burst into laughter ,that when people start mocking behind he is insane .please help me with this.

two options. pay attention in class so you don’t have to study (thats what I do) or making studying interesting somehow.

Sometimes when I get bored in what I always do, I would start daydreaming and smiles. Daydreaming reminds you the happy times and the sorrow time. Daydreaming isn’t that bad. If you want to concentrate on your studies, you should try go have a crazy fun for a day to relax yourself. Next day, pull yourself back together in the quiet place by yourself, in a park or museum. During that quiet time, you should tell yourself what you should be accomplishing this year or even make a list of goal that you want to accomplish by the weekend.
