I don't want her to end up like me.

I’m really worried about my cousin. I see her quite a lot, so I’m worried I’m influencing her. Basically…

About a year or two ago I think I started to get an eating disorder (I’m undiagnosed, but I kind of show the signs. I.e my weight has dropped quite a lot, I’m underweight, I count calories, skip meals etc)

I’ve never really told my friends about it, but I think my cousin kind of just assumed I was becoming obsessed, and was always against it. But recently she’s been acting like I was around the time I started to become obsessed, and I’m so scared shes going to turn out the same, because I’d never wish this upon anyone. I’m scared she’ll become like me, because from what I’m seeing, its starting in her. I don’t want to come across as full on but I don’t know what to say or do to encourage her to stop.

Tell her that yu have a problem and that yu hate it or really anything negative. She’ll see yu suffer so she’ll stop and maybe help you… <3Mia
