I attached my I pod to pc and I tune sync. removed my data from I pod now how can I get back my data ?

you gotta take the ipod of sync before you attach it to another computer! (do this in the original computer) although I suppose it’s too late now

you can’t, sorry to be the bringer of bad new but unless you have an extreme computer-savvy person in your surrounding you don’t get your data back.

There are tools to help you but you must be willing to pay for those.

you can’t. I did this the other day, and it’s so annoying. Do you mean you tried to sync your ipod without having any songs on your pc so it took them all off? Well, that’s what I did when I got my new laptop. I had to go through the process of burning all my songs back onto my laptop, then putting them all onto itunes, and then syncing it back onto my iPod. Not the funnest thing I’ve ever done.
