I am always cold

I have always been really cold. almost every time someone shakes my hand or touch me they say wow you are really cold. I always just say I know. well the other day at school my friend felt my head and she said you are really hot. she than touched my arm and said why are you so cold though. I told her I really didnt know. is this some kind of condition or something???

I don’t know of anything else, being really thin could also cause it or females in general just has a tendency to have colder hands and feet.

Probably poor blood circulation. My boyfriend has the same thing. He also always feels cold when he gets out of water even in summer.

or you could be anemic because I am I get cold soo much even when its hot outside but theres a cool breeze I get cold lol
