No, once it’s ripped/ gone, it’s gone. However, I have heard there was a surgery for people to get back their hymen so they could pretend to be virgins again. Stupid, if you ask me.

Well, in all fairness, some culture rely heavily on an intact hymen to prove virginity. It’s a primitive and barbaric rule, but women have been shunned, abused, and even killed for their lack of hymen.

Well, hymen or no hymen, if you haven’t had sex you are still a virgin. Plus, the hymen can be easily broken simply by playing sports and such.
