Hymen gives heavier period?

I usually finger myself but 2 nights ago I did it a little harder than usual and I got a sharp pain but it lasted literally half a second I assumed my nail had caught me as I didnt bleed anyway I got my period this morning without warning it was a week early and it was heavier than usual, im heavy on my first day anyway but this time I got a lot of clots where as that wouldnt usually happen until the 4th-ish day, could I have broke my hymen and not known it and the blood clots be like a build up of blood from then.. I was just wondering as people can break their hymens from such simple things like dance etc any advice or answers would be helpful im kinda hoping I did lol for future purposes teehee way way in the future im still young lol

I really don’t think that your hymen breaking would make you have a heavier period. Since it did sting you probably did tear it. But this wouldn’t have any effect on your period. When your young your period is not exactly punctual (lol). So…it’s probably just a coincidence that this happened together.
