Why is my Hydrangea turning brown?

I have an endless summer hydrengea newly planted this spring, it has beautiful pink flowers and they are now turning brown. Do I cut them off in hope of new ones. If so , any specila way?

Check to see if you see any caterpillars or mites. If its rust fungi the leaves will be spotty brown. For that you can spray with wettable sulfur based fungicide.
