Hunger pains

I want to loose some weight but always feel hungry in between meals.This results in me eating something but by the time my dinner is actually ready im full up and cant eat anymore.Drinking water doesnt help as I just need to use the loo a lot.Please help x

You’re supposed to eat between meals.

Instead of 3 large or average size meals each day, have 6 small meals…limit the amount of food you eat at the dinner table so it evens out.

what I do I just eat a small amount of food between meals, like a piece of cheese or an apple, carrot. something small so your not over doing it.

I usually snack throughout the day until dinner then 1 last small snack & that’s it but you’ve to watch what you eat eat healthy & such & make sure you work out

ohh hun you have asked the dreaded question we all suffer from. the only way is to train your mind. the hunger is in your head even though you hunger pain is in your tummy. you need will power or maybe try slim fast milk shake they worked for my mate but they didnt for me they made me poorly.

I have a really big appetite!I quite like slim fast but my mum and dad wont let me drink it because they say im really thin and dont need to drink it !
