How was your bad experience with the animal?

Have you ever had a bad experience with an animal? If you did, share it. And how did this experience affect your life?

Answer #1

I’m still experiencing it. My mom’s Chihuahua, which is a house dog, attacks me almost everyday. She’s bitten my shoulder, hands, feet, arms, back. I have a lot of scars from her. She will bite me if I look at her, try to sit down beside of her, try to touch her food or toys, and when I try to pick up a blanket or pillows.

When I was younger, we had a Big Wheel, and it was my turn to ride it.. instead, my brother jumped on it, so I chased him down the street yelling and all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my…bottom and I turned around and it was a rottweiler bigger than me. lol. Anyway, it pulled me down and dragged me down the street..by my butt. I’m kind of iffy with rots now. :)

I’m still experiencing it as we speak,my moms dog barks at me every time I come near him or them,he’s bitten me 7 times in my hands. He left a temporary mark on my left palm after biting it causing me to bleed.

Every time I go in my moms room when he’s on the bed,he’ll jump off and go under the bed and start barking until I leave.

He’s the worst dog ever. :(

My arm was attacked by a dog once. It was a very painful experience while it was healing, and it did leave some scars.

The whole experience made me fear dogs a little. When they growl, even if it’s not at me, I freeze up. I get scared to pet them sometimes because I’m scared they’ll bite me! I also get insecure about the scars on my arm. Since I don’t want people looking at them, I usually wear long sleeves (it was my forearm that got bit, about two inches from my wrist). I also wear long sleeves in the summer for the most part due to this, which results in me feeling way too warm.

That’s my story, lol.

My mother had a bad experience when she was about 6 years old. She was visiting her aunt and her aunt had about a dozen cats. At night my mother would see their eyes shining in the dark and they would jump on the bed and scare her. She developed a phobia fear of cats. I love cats but could never have one until after she passed away. She said if I ever got one, she wouldn’t come for a visit.
