How to use your iMac computer camera?
I just bought an iMac and it has a built in camera but I have no idea how to take pictures. I know there’s a movie feature where I can make a movie. but I want to know how to just take pictures, what program I’m suppose to use?
any advice?
It’s called Photo Booth, it’s cool little program too. Go to, Macintosh HD > Applications > Photo Booth.

thats good! :) I Have One Too And I Have To Say, The Camara Is My Favorite Program! I ALso Like THe Garage Band. Thats Fun. I Dont like the imovie Tho. It Is Slow. :)

It’s called Photo Booth… It’s a pretty cool little program too :)
you use photo booth. you click on it then a box shows up. you should c your image or an image of something on camara view. then when your redy, click the ped button with the camara in it.
yah hahah I’ve been playing with the program on and off for like an hour hahah

iMovie can be used to take Videos with the built in camera. Just change the switch from the scissors to the camcorder :)
