CSS will help your sites because it will actually save work for you in the long run. You can control most every aspect about a website (i.e. font colors, sizes, background images, etc…) using css, which can be stored in one file. The rest of the site looks to your css file for the various items I had in parenthesis, so each time you update your site’s look, you don’t have to go through and change the various elements on each page of your site; rather you’ll only have to update one file, your css spreadsheet.
