How to talk to this guy?

Ok so I work at the college I attend, and we had an event last week. I met this guy who seemed really into me, and also worked at the college, but I never see him around because we dont do the same thing. I remembered his name and looked him up on the directory, and I e-mailed him but he hasnt gotten back to me, so I don’t know if it’s because he doesnt really check his work e-mail (because it’s the e-mail through work) or if it’s because he simply doesnt wanna talk to me. There was also a number to call, but I don’t know if I should try that

My question is, should I call the number posted on the directory as well and give it another shot, or just assume he’s not interested? If not that, then what should I do? Like I said, I never see him so I cant just strike up a convo :(

call the number for sure and when he picks up just ask if you two can meet up that day or the next… don’t be nervous he most likely does like you because most people I know only read their work email if its really important
