How to take my prenant 17 year old girlfriend to my house legally?

Ok so im 20 years old me and my girlfriend have been together for a year and 1 month and etc. Well point is shes pregnant and I wanna know how I can legally have her living with me. I want to take care of the baby and her I have a good job and im whilling to do anything for them.

Answer #1

dont piss off her parents. they can prosecute you for rape for getting her pregnant.

Answer #2

Legally I think she can actually leave as long as she has a roof over her head and is able to care for herself or has someone to care for her depending on how close she is to her birthday, and if shes not close get her emancipated. Your a good guy for taking responsibility for your girlfriend and the baby, a lot of guys leave their girlfriends if they get them pregnant.

Answer #3

You only have two options. getting emancipated or waiting until she’s 18. How long is that?.

The word emancipation literally means to become free from the control or restraint of another. In the context of emancipated minors, emancipation is essentially a legal procedure whereby children become legally responsible for themselves and their parents are no longer responsible (financially or otherwise) for their children. Thus, emancipated children are freed from parental custody and control and essentially become adults in many ways.

Answer #4

I dont think there away just talk to her parents and her, and if they give you the blessing do it, be there for both of them no matter what!

Answer #5
